承租房屋時(shí)，租房者對(duì)于房東的個(gè)人情況要驗(yàn)查仔細(xì)。如果是房東本人出面簽約時(shí)，*查看其房產(chǎn)證與身份證；如果是幫助朋友出租房屋，那么一定要有出租委托書、朋友的房產(chǎn)證、身份證或復(fù)印件；如果房產(chǎn)證沒有辦下來則一定要其出具購房合同以證明其身份。此外，對(duì)于租房時(shí)可能遇到的“二房東”問題，租房者應(yīng)驗(yàn)明該“二房東”在其租賃期間是否有權(quán)利將此房屋轉(zhuǎn)租并讓其出示租賃合同以及提供該房屋的相關(guān)產(chǎn)權(quán)證明，以免引起法律糾紛。
