1、本產品是采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，適用范圍：各種金屬噴涂面、金屬噴漆面.金屬表面.金屬烤漆面.陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優(yōu)異的附著力。
2、產品特性：平光、附著力佳、流平性佳、硬度強、耐酒精、耐沖壓、抗刮傷、耐化學品。
3、稀釋劑：建議采用本公司配套專用稀釋劑開油。
4、固化劑：本產品無需加固化劑，切勿加不配套的固化劑，會影響其效果
5、油墨調配方法：攪拌時先加稀釋劑10%左右稀釋到印刷適合粘度。
6、干燥時間：恒溫表干時間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內，48小時后達*佳性能，烤箱80℃烘烤15分鐘性能更優(yōu)。冬天視地區(qū)而定。
7、使用期限：一年，過期請棄用，加了其他助劑剩余油墨不可回收。
【油墨使用注意事項】
1、試印確認符合要求后再批量生產。
2、做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質工作，以促進附著效果。
3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，需要完全固化后方可檢測。
4、未經允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
5、絲網印刷加適量拉絲膏用本公司特慢干稀釋劑更適宜印刷工藝順暢。

【油墨使用安全規(guī)則】
