機器特點/MACHINE FEATURES
 本系列繞線機具有外觀造型設(shè)計新穎、構(gòu)造簡單、性能卓越、操控容易、故障少、保養(yǎng)方便。/This series of machines have not only graceful appearance and fine configuration, but also simple operation and speedy maintenance etc multifunction.
 繞線機使用日本*先進(jìn)CNC運控器，本運控器具有直線、圓弧插補，螺絲環(huán)繞等卓越功能。/The machine is a CNC (Japanese) controlled with beeline, arc interpolation, and screw winding etc preeminent functions.
 傳動系統(tǒng)采用松下AC伺服馬達(dá)，定位準(zhǔn)確。/travel system use Panasonic servo motor. Precise to fix on the point.
 使用新款精密張力控制器，提供準(zhǔn)確平穩(wěn)張力控制，讓產(chǎn)品于繞制過程中更加完善。/Precise new tension controller with a perfect winding process and offer stable tension control
 本機主軸使用P4級高精度軸承，又可選加油功能，在高動轉(zhuǎn)時減少發(fā)熱、噪音和磨損，延長使用期。/Precise P4 level spindle with optional injecting oil function, can reduce heating, noise, wear and tear, and extend the life time when the machine is accelerating.
 主體是鑄造件，機器剛性更加好，精度高，排線精度穩(wěn)定可靠。/Machine base is casting parts with perfect rigidity and highly precise steady spreading wire.
 骨架端子垂直、水平兩個方向任意排列纏繞；線嘴可以在0°、90°、120°多種設(shè)定，一次性可完成多種角度纏繞。/Put in order and winding on the vertical direction and level direction of bobbin bin, leading needle could setup and angle or 0 ℃, 90 ℃, 120 ℃. It can be finish to winding on many angle at one time.
 本公司自行研發(fā)操作系統(tǒng)，采用PC編程方式，實現(xiàn)人機對話，易于操作，密碼儲存功能，防止非相關(guān)人員修改程序。/We developed the operating system by ourselves, it with PC programming, man-machine conversation, simple operation, and can deposit the password, in order to avoid unprofessional user revised program.
可追加功能/SUPPLEMENTARY FUNCTION:
a) 追加自動上下料裝置，節(jié)省時間，提高效率。/Supplementary device with taking up/off materials function can save time and promote efficiency.
