1. 產(chǎn)品概述 Product Description
       在煤、石油和天然氣的加工過程中產(chǎn)生大量的H2S氣體，為了保護(hù)環(huán)境和回收元素硫，工業(yè)上普遍采用克勞斯過程，使用PSR硫回收催化劑處理含有H2S的酸性氣體。工業(yè)應(yīng)用表明，在燃燒爐能達(dá)到的高溫下，一般爐內(nèi)H 2S轉(zhuǎn)化率可以達(dá)到65%-75%，若采用二級克勞斯工藝，裝置總硫轉(zhuǎn)化率約為92-95%。
PSR Sulfur Recovery Catalyst is used to treat with the acid gases containing H2S for the sake of recovery sulfur element and environmental protection in oil refinery, chemical factory, Iron & steel plant and natural gas treatment processes. The conversion of sulfur can reach to 65~75% in a ordinary bumer, 92~95% it react by two stages Clause processes, furthermore to higher than 98% if by three Clause reactors.
