計算磷化槽的體積
根據工件的重量和面積計算磷化槽的體積，控制合理的產品面積和磷化液體積的比例，避免因為磷化不斷的工作產生大量的二價鐵離子，導致磷化液發(fā)黑，按常規(guī)來講磷化槽體的單位體積的負荷量是3-15平方米每個立方，不可以超過258平方米每個立方，否則因為槽液負荷過大，磷化液里的重要成分消耗過快，促使磷化液不穩(wěn)定，難于調整。
磷化槽的制造
磷化槽一般分為圓形槽和方形槽兩大類，前面一種適合大批量的生產，后面這種適合與間歇式的生產。磷化槽所用的材質必須要能承受磷化液的腐蝕和耐高溫，必須要有足夠的強度能承受磷化液的載荷永遠不變形。磷化槽*好要用4-8毫米的厚度的鋼板，錳系磷化液溫度比較高，一般在95度左右，溶液酸度高，選用不銹鋼的，采用塑料槽的時候，要用8-14毫米的塑料板為好，有些磷化槽用水泥槽，里面放塑料板或者玻璃鋼防腐蝕，這種磷化槽制作成本低，可以制造大型的磷化槽。
船型的磷化槽帶有錐斗，便于收集磷化渣。錐斗可以排放在磷化槽的底部，也能在局部放置，底部應該設計成噴管，使磷化渣按照要求流到錐斗里面。
方形磷化槽底向排渣口傾斜，其傾斜坡度是4-8，在磷化槽傾斜的*低的地方應該設置排水管。
磷化槽體的體積一般是泵輸出量的3-5倍。
