Our company specializes in the design of pulse bag filter, which can be installed on site. Our workers can provide dust collector installation service for factories in Southeast Asia.
（1）能耗相對(duì)低。工程師具有多年從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，專門從事大型除塵器的設(shè)計(jì)及施工管理，對(duì)于過(guò)濾風(fēng)速、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)流體影響、布袋的選型等具有及其的做法。
(1) The energy consumption is relatively low. The engineer has many years of working experience, specializing in the design and construction management of large-scale dust collector, and has good practice in filtering wind speed, influence of internal structure on fluid, selection of bag, etc.
（2）設(shè)備耐用、噪聲小。不少同行做的設(shè)備只有3-5年的設(shè)計(jì)壽命，而我們從大量除塵器施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)中，對(duì)每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和質(zhì)量把控，將除塵器使用壽命普遍提高2-4年。
(2) The equipment is durable with low noise. Many of the equipment made by our peers only have a design life of 3-5 years. From a large number of dust collector construction experience, we summarize every detail and control the quality, so as to improve the service life of the dust collector by 2-4 years.
（3）符合環(huán)保和安監(jiān)要求。除塵器不能只看價(jià)格，還要看配套的安全裝置的可靠性，根據(jù)客戶要求采用德國(guó)進(jìn)口火花探測(cè)裝置，具有相應(yīng)證書的隔爆、泄爆裝置，并購(gòu)置有關(guān)使用保險(xiǎn)，確�？蛻羰褂冒踩�。
(3) Meet the requirements of environmental protection and safety supervision. According to the customer's requirements, the spark detection device imported from Germany and the explosion-proof device with corresponding certificate shall be adopted, and relevant insurance shall be purchased to ensure the customer's security.
（4）自動(dòng)化程度高。結(jié)構(gòu)師從事除塵器設(shè)計(jì)多年，已在多個(gè)部件改為自動(dòng)化操作，確保自動(dòng)運(yùn)行比較可靠，減少人力投入，為連續(xù)性加工生產(chǎn)錦上添花、如虎添翼。
(4) High degree of automation.
