WX-1048高效快速脫脂粉
一、用途
本品主要用于金屬零部件的脫脂除油工序，是發(fā)黑、磷化、電鍍、電泳、涂裝等表面處理前的理想選擇。WX-1048集滲透、溶解、乳化為一體，去除重油垢速度快。
二、使用用法
1．本品與水按1:20（質量百分比，濃度為5%）配成工作液，攪拌溶解均勻即可使用。浸漬、 手工擦洗均可。
2．使用溫度：常溫~95°C，處理時間：5~15分鐘。
零件表層的油脂對表面處理影響很大。除油徹底，陰極晶體反應比較高，后處理膜層的結晶致密牢靠，否則表層張力過大。嚴重阻擋磷化膜的形成，膜層附著力較差，磷化膜不均勻，甚至沒有磷化膜。
就目前而言主要以有機脫脂劑，酸性脫脂劑，弱堿性脫脂劑，中性脫脂法。代替了傳統(tǒng)的強堿性脫脂劑。雖然強堿性脫脂除油效果很好，但是對基體腐蝕很嚴重，又容易對后續(xù)的處理有影響，難以滿足高品質的要求。另外，隨著國家對環(huán)保的重視，無磷脫脂劑代替有磷脫脂劑是大勢所趨，可以完全解決污染對環(huán)境造成的危害，和經濟效益。
有機脫脂劑的效率高，可以解決雜質對成膜的影響。磷化膜均勻細致，磷化過程中有很少的氫析出，磷化效率高。
