除日常性保養(yǎng)各項目外,重點應(yīng)檢查各部件的磨損情況
In addition to the daily maintenance items, the emphasis should be given to the inspection of the wear conditions of the components.
1、檢查上、下機架、主機底盤、上料皮帶機、限位開關(guān)等部位的聯(lián)接螺栓是否有松動現(xiàn)象,各腳板是否有松動,基礎(chǔ)是否下沉.
1, check whether the connecting bolts on the upper and lower rack, main chassis, loading belt conveyor, limit switch and other parts are loose, whether the footboards are loose or not, and whether the foundation sinks.
2、檢查襯板、葉片磨損情況,有松動、開裂、磨去1/2等情況時,應(yīng)及時更換;葉片與拌筒間間隙過大,則調(diào)整至3-8mm.
2, check the lining plate, blade wear, loose, cracking, abrasion 1/2 etc., should be replaced; and the drum blade between the gap is too large, it is adjusted to 3-8mm.
3、檢查各減速機內(nèi)潤滑油情況,按常規(guī)方法及配套件說明書更換潤滑油.
3. Check the lubricating oil in each reducer and replace the lubricating oil according to the routine method and the instructions of the supporting parts.
4、檢查皮帶的磨損情況(一般情況下,皮帶可使用達到12個月以上),若有磨損嚴重則及時更換新帶,其長度見易損件清單.
4, check the wear condition of the belt. (usually, the belt can be used for more than 12 months). If there is serious wear, the new belt will be replaced in time. The length of the belt can be seen on the list of vulnerable parts.
5、檢查各骨料倉底部開門板的磨損情況,若磨損嚴重,如穿孔、漏料,則及時更換新門板,現(xiàn)場焊上.

6、拆卸粉料斗的蝶閥,清理干凈內(nèi)雜物并檢查內(nèi)部橡膠板是否有損壞.
